New Testament Baptist Church of Floral City, Florida

Reaching, Teaching, Sending

ALL for the glory of God

New Testament Baptist Church in Floral City, Florida is an old-fashioned, traditional Baptist church. We preach and teach from the King James Version of the Holy Bible and sing old and new hymns of the faith right out of the hymnal. We believe in personal evangelism and worldwide missions. If you like church the way it once was, then New Testament may be just the place for you!

Established in 1978

How Can We be "Right" with God?

Agree with God

The Bible says "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one" (Romans 3:10) & "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God". (Romans 3:23)

We all sin against God and willfully break His laws.

Believe the Truth

The Bible says "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8 & 9)

There is nothing we can do to make ourselves right with God. No amount of "good deeds" or religious works will cancel out the fact that we have sinned against God. Simply put, trying our best will not help us to be accepted by God.

Consider the Solution

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)

If we have sinned and cannot do anything to make it right, then what hope is there? God sent His only begotten Son JESUS to die for our sins. The Bible says we deserved God's judgment, but Jesus (God's Son) took the judgment of His Father for us! He then arose from the grave three days later and is alive in Heaven today!

Trust Jesus Today

"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" (Romans 5:1)

If you believe that Jesus was punished for your sin, then why not accept Him into your life today? We can be right with God through faith in Jesus Christ as the Saviour from our sin!

When you die, you will die either separated from God or right with God.
The choice is yours!

I want to give you a personal invitation to attend New Testament Baptist Church. We are a friendly, fundamental, Baptist church that has purposed to reach out to the people of Citrus County. We want to take the good news of Jesus Christ to people where they live, and that is why we have set up this website. If the Lord is working in your life and you are interested in knowing more about Him and His Word the Bible, then come and let us help you in your quest to know God. It would be my privilege as the pastor to give you some simple, straight-forward Bible instruction. I hope to see you soon.
